Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Doggie Gateway, operated by Devotex, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, authentication, billing, and API gateway services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your account email address, authentication details, support messages, billing actions, and account settings. When you sign in with Google, we use the basic profile information Google provides, such as your email address, name, profile image, and Google account identifier, only to authenticate you and manage your Doggie Gateway account.
We also collect service data generated by your use of Doggie Gateway, including API key metadata, hashed API keys, balance and transaction records, model usage logs, token counts, API request costs, charged amounts, timestamps, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide authentication, maintain your account, process top-ups, calculate API usage charges, show usage and billing history, prevent abuse, secure the platform, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Information received from Google APIs is used only for sign-in, account identification, and account management. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
AI Requests and Providers
Doggie Gateway routes API requests to third-party model providers through upstream infrastructure such as OpenRouter. Request content, prompts, outputs, metadata, and usage information may be processed by these providers as necessary to fulfill your API calls. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you send through Doggie Gateway complies with applicable laws and provider policies.
Payments and Third Parties
Payments and top-ups are processed by Stripe. Doggie Gateway does not store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and related billing metadata from Stripe to maintain your balance and transaction history. We also use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, Stripe, and upstream AI model infrastructure to operate the service.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including hashed API keys and access controls for sensitive systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and API keys.
Data Retention
We keep account, billing, transaction, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. You may request account deletion from your dashboard or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, tax, accounting, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Your Choices
You can sign out, revoke API keys, delete your account, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. You can also manage Google account permissions through your Google Account security settings.
Children
Doggie Gateway is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing notice through the service.
